In order for you to be able to contact a seller of a particular business you are interested in; you can only do so directly through the sellURbiz portal. You will need to click on the ‘Contact Seller’ button. This will enable you to send an enquiry directly to the seller or the agent of the seller.

Business for sale. You may also be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement by the seller.
If you would like further information about a specific business that is for sale you will need to contact the seller or the sellerÔÇÖs agent directly via the portal. sellURbiz does not have any further information about a business for sale other than what is available on the portal.
sellURbiz is not a broker or an intermediary. We are an advertising platform. Therefore, to contact a seller please click the ‘Contact Seller’ button on the listing. An advert will expire after the selected paid package length. A business that has sold should not have their advert still visible on our portal. The seller should delete the listing from their dashboard.
If a Private Seller receives an offer, they can add the ÔÇ£Sold Subject ToConditionÔÇØ tag (which means they have received an offer which is subject to contract if the sale is concluded). In this scenario, the potential buyer is still able to express an interest by sending a message through the portal which the seller can consider if the sale falls through.
You as a potential buyer need to Include as much information about yourself when making an enquiry on the portal. Explain why you are requesting the details of that business when you make the enquiry. This will help you stand out from other interested parties who may not be as serious as you are about the business. Sellers should send information to every request but the more information you provide should see your enquiry placed as a higher priority.
Please note: it could take up to a week before you hear from the seller in this way. If after 1 working week you still have not heard anything and would like us to chase the seller up for you, you will need to be a Premium Member. (Customer Services assistance is only available to Premium Members). You can find instructions within your personal Dashboard to upgrade to Premium Membership. When you contact us as a Premium Member, Customer Services will investigate why the seller has not got back to you. We will try to contact the seller, or we will send their direct contact details to you (if they are available).
There could be a couple of reasons why sellers have not got back to you or take an age to reply. In main it is usually because it takes time to get to your enquiry and send all the appropriate information through to you. It could also be due to the broker or seller being out of the office.
