What to include in your enquiry?


You as a potential buyer need to Include as much information about yourself when making an enquiry on the portal. Explain why you are requesting the details of that business when you make the enquiry. This will help you stand out from other interested parties who may not be as serious as you are about the business. Sellers should send information to every request but the more information you provide should see your enquiry placed as a higher priority.

Please note: it could take up to a week before you hear from the seller in this way. If after 1 working week you still have not heard anything and would like us to chase the seller up for you, you will need to be a Premium Member. When you contact us as a Premium Member, Customer Services will investigate why the seller has not got back to you. We will try to contact the seller, or we will send their direct contact details to you (if they are available).
